Here is a sonata (3 movements) for the piano.
If you wish to contact me about performing it at Carnegie, or the NY Met, or the Royal Albert, or anywhere important then I can be contacted at bbgoodman@hotmail.com because contact@stagebarn.com seems to be dastardly erratic.
The picture is of a weta – they are the largest insects in the world apparently and are a type of cricket. They have nothing to do with this sonata, except there was one waiting to greet me at my front door when I ventured out this morning.

I LOVE your music! I can’t wait to listen through them!

I quite like these pieces. They remind me of something I might do if I was less of a philistine.

Thanks Ian. I reluctantly expose myself for what I preferably do! And don’t ask me why cos I don’t know.

Thanks Herb – as I said to Ian. I reluctantly expose myself for what I preferably do! And don’t ask me why cos I don’t know.

It seems like a natural thing to me.

There is such a shift of mood from movement to movement. I felt happiest listening to the Third.

Thanks. Yes the 3rd should bring a bit of a relief.

You say the music had nothing to do with the creature, but never having met one of those, I can well imagine some of the music as a soundtrack to its journey!

It’s funny you say that, because I had the same thought – even though the music happened before the picture! Have a wonderful Christmas season Andrea!

Dang it Bruce…you slipped one on me. I’m about to go to bed but I will check it out tomorrow! I’m so sorry I missed it when you posted it! I hope you had a good Christmas.

I like all three but it’s the third one is very entertaining….but the first one is more dramatic. Thank you Bruce.
