I know it is about time for the dawn service, so let me say, Have a memorable ANZAC Day!

No gunfire breakfast here – although it does explain the number of cars that go off the road on the way home from a dawn service! On ANZAC morning our mother always made us kneel by the bed with a prayer – she lost a brother during WWII – so that’s all I do…

The tombstones, like the ones at Normandy, always make be inestimably sad. So many young lives gone – who might they have become?

In Australia too Bruce. We have been to Gallipolli and paid our paid our tributes to all soldiers. There were Indians too among them who laid down their lives. Lest We Forget.
