I have no idea why George wasn’t mention in the list! Speaking of names, a poor girl (I think it was here in New Zealand) had the registered name of Callula-does-the-hula-in-Hawaii. The girl chose to go under the name of Kay. The judge ordered that she could legally change her name to Kay without having to pay any registration fee.

I read a similar book like this once – called The Bible or something like that – hang on though – hots? Might have been begat!
