Myrtle took India-Mae to see the specialist. India-Mae had fragile bones, stiffness of the joints, osteosclerosis, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, dyspnea, salivation, abdominal pain, fever, paresthesias, nystagmus, optic neuritis, polyuria, stomatitis, albuminuria, nettle rash, skin, tooth and kidney damage and cardiac arrhythmias.
The specialist gave an injection.
It’s always sad to have to put down a pet rat.

I am such a gullible fool. After how many months of following you and I still get sucked in? Sheesh.

LOL! Not my favourite pet, but, yes, I believe people find them companionable… 🙂

And, the rat didn’t see that injection coming, either.

Yet again – another mice comment!

Okay, you sucked me in. Must have been a mentally strong rat to have survived that long with all those disabilities and diseases. My daughter had a pet mouse that lived in a cage in her bathroom – it lived twice as long as a normal mouse. Must have been all the treats we gave it.

Sad, it is. You didn’t mention the specialisation of the executor though, or is that supposed to be apparent?
